Some pieces begin with a stone. Others begin with a name, a memory, a separation, a milestone, or words that have waited a long time to be carried. Tell us what the piece needs to hold. We will respond with a recommended design direction, confirmed price, and realistic production timeline before custom work begins.

What to include

Share your name, email, product type, who the piece is for, the meaning or occasion, wrist size or fit, preferred colors and materials, charm or personalization details, desired delivery date, budget range, and any reference notes.

Before you submit

Submitting a request is not an accepted order or guaranteed delivery date. B4BB reviews material availability, production timing, safety requirements, and shipping time before confirming the order. Custom work begins only after the scope, price, timeline, and design details are approved. Deposits become nonrefundable once design work, material allocation, personalization, or production preparation begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, words, colors, measurements, photographs, logos, and design approvals.

What happens next

1. We read the meaning behind your request.

2. We confirm the design direction, materials, price, and timeline.

3. You review names, measurements, colors, and other personal details.

4. After approval and any required deposit, your piece enters production.

Personalized and custom products normally leave the studio within 7–14 business days after all required information and approvals have been received.
