Processing times

Ready-to-ship products normally leave our studio within 2–4 business days. Personalized and custom products normally leave within 7–14 business days after all required information and design approvals are received. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Carrier transit time is separate.

Domestic shipping

Standard United States shipping is $6.95 per order. Standard shipping is free on merchandise orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes. Most standard orders ship with tracking. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless an expressly guaranteed service was purchased.

Address accuracy and delays

Customers are responsible for a complete and accurate shipping address. Address-change requests must be submitted within two hours of ordering, and a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If B4BB cannot ship within the promised processing period, the customer will be offered the options required by applicable law.

Lost or damaged shipments

Visible shipping damage must be reported within three calendar days of delivery with photographs of the mailing container, label, packaging, and damaged product. For a package that appears lost, contact B4BB after the carrier’s expected delivery period. An order marked delivered is not automatically considered lost; first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and carrier.

All sales are final

B4BB does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, customer-selected sizing, color preference, natural material variation, customer-supplied personalization errors, normal wear, misuse, carrier delay after timely shipment, or refused or undeliverable delivery. Nothing in this policy removes a remedy required by applicable law.

Incorrect, defective, or damaged products

If B4BB sent the wrong product, made a personalization error that differs from the approved order, or delivered a product with a confirmed workmanship defect, contact B4BB within three calendar days of delivery with clear photographs and order information. After review, B4BB may provide an appropriate repair, replacement, store credit, or legally required refund. Do not return an item without written authorization.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once design work, material allocation, personalization, or production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, words, colors, measurements, photographs, logos, and approvals. A custom-order deposit is nonrefundable after production preparation begins.

Thirty-Day Craftsmanship Promise

B4BB provides a thirty-day craftsmanship promise covering verified assembly or construction defects. When approved, B4BB may repair or replace the product. The promise does not cover normal wear, accidental breakage, excessive stretching, water or chemical exposure, pulling, pet or child damage, or finish changes caused by wear or moisture.
